Many churches say that they take Safeguarding seriously, but their actions do not meet their words. Anglican Church Traditional REALLY is different. ACT is genuinely a SAFE home for all. We are proud that we have FULLY INDEPENDENT safeguarding, backed up with Parish Safeguarding Officers in every Parish. By Having safeguarding managed by fully independent safeguarding professionals, and any safeguarding decisions taken by them, we avoid the conflicts of interest and cover ups that have besotted other church groups.
We have a complete set of Comprehensive safeguarding Policies. All leaders have full DBS clearances or their local country equivalent.
We also have a superb support program for anyone that was previously abused in another church or in any other setting. Just speak to your local Church.
